@lost do think it will be combination of cash & script bid from GQG?
If its only script bid and we are taking the risk in GQG share price, we would want a premium to the NTA then, so basically has to be above $13.
Rivercapital will be mercenaries i assume and will sell out to the best price if it exceeds their JV bid price.
