agreed it is not like the LIC MLT holders knew. Pre the MLT acquisition l was a bit dubious about the future with larger holdings in NHC TPG.
Still l have been surprised by sp compared to ASX200 we are looking at very solid outperformance after 1 year (18% - 0%) after 3 years (14% - 8%). so when it comes to SP ex MLT holders are doing ok? (for now)

I cannot see how this deal will get over the line without a hostile play. 2 higher offers were previously rejected. the last offer was very low.
