    Since DD was underway but not completed before news broke and the halt was requested & lifted, they were not able to get a binding offer in place. Completion of DD will not be far off. I give it a week at most, so Wednesday.

    Make no mistake, this is the deal. Without a superior offer from elsewhere, it will be recommended by the board and insiders will vote for the scheme.
