The release does not say, but when Crayon let the cat out of the bag on Monday night our time, DD would have already been underway and relatively advanced. Crayon would not have said anything to shareholders in that meeting unless they had at least the major checks done and passed. They knew they wanted the deal then, if there was any concern or worries with DD then they would have kept silent.

RHP is not a huge company and Crayon has the same business model, so it should not take too long to be satisfied with what they see and firm things up.
