    Ok, so nothing specific about next Wednesday, just your best guess?

    I don't doubt that the Board will vote to accept. The Executive Directors get to cash out their millions, and keep their jobs so will (a) accept the offer and (b) pressure NEDs to do the same. One NED has 2 million shares. Lets see if the Chairman (who I believe has no shares and will probably lose his job) has any influence ...
