I am more concern about why the management is pursuing a weak conditional offer and giving Winfield exclusivity....also from the first announcement, Winfield asked for 4 weeks and yet the company gave them 8 weeks....No break fee too....Seems more like clutching their straws to keep their jobs instead of opening up to the big boys who can write a check in our interests.
