Its up to EUR when they publish the AGM results, but it could be on the day. My opinion...is there is no way EUR shareholders won't vote for the merger. I can't think of any reason why any EUR shareholder wouldn't vote for it...
Sizzle has a meeting early Feb, but merger voting isn't necessarily happening then (it could). For me this vote is the interesting one.... as it will decide if merger goes ahead and also how many redemptions there are.
