If the MOU comes through, Astron will have $180 million extra cash (plus $27 million of shares in EF) and be well on the way to funding a project that has a post tax NPV of $852 million for phase 1 alone or $2.2 billion for phase 2.
How in the world would the market cap sit at $125 million (SP 75c)? Net liquid assets alone is $1.20, and I'd be looking at $2+ once Donald starts making progress.
