I woukd say the short term price if the deal goes through would be a miminum $1.20. They're selling half the project for $200 mil, giving an easy way to value their half at the same, and based on shares in issue, that's about $1.20. They have a fair bit of additional value also, in Jackson and the HM component that EF didnt buy into and so on, I'd expect well above $1.20.
