I'd say Caigen & Co. Know exactly what to do to both correctly price for the PFS and get the best deal they can.
It's what RXM did at Hillside except they moved a lot slower because this type of deal was done between PFS and DFS.
It's actually quite important because in the end we may need to get in a line to get trucks and it's political too.
They did a good job on both getting the drill rigs and getting them out to site (without hiring numerous hangers-on).
All IMVHO.
