TBH if theres cash in the business it increases the prospect a lot.
You want to get yours rather than, eg, the BOD reserving the right to purchase them themselves. As I said in the other thread, you dont take it up, they reserve the right to dilute you.
Although with that said... they should surely pull the rights issue given funding is no longer an issue. It's extremely dilutive.
