Kevin..since is non binding..why dont u and i put forward to the board an offer which is non binding...on us...so hopefully the sp goes up and we sell our share at a higher price! Brilliant idea..dont u think so..if the board would consider an non binding offers..this will continue till the cows come home.. every non binding offer the board will announced it...
