Dear boad members, please perform your professional duties to do a due diligence on all the NON binding offer before you allow it be announced ..it will look so bad on the company that the board allowed any offer from any tom dick and harry to be announced. No wonder your company sect resigned with immediate effect without notice as he wont act accordingly. So sad this is happening. Imo
