    Is good to stay positive on the outcome of the sale of idsb..which always been my suggestion day 1 instead of mortgage it for a loan only for 825k with 18% interest...so much undervalue.. they should have used the 1.2mil raised from clee to pay off the loan early..so that the.idsb equity is not encumbered since there are interested.parties in acquiring it.
