If the company decided to pay off the loan before the due date will be a REAL Good sign, means the management is confidence on selling it for higher value in near terms. But if they still keep delaying until due date next year..then the offer might be an offer after all. Am suprised that the offeror name was not even mentioned at all..at least there is a letterhead with company name on it..csnnot be just a piece of blank paper with just stating ....we hereby offer 40mil....and no.sign off by anyone ? Thats make my minds wondering....lol. Will Asx allowed that to be happened without showing proof of offer letter? And since there is an offer, means there is an intention to sell by company.. why not called for open tender for the shares sale...transprancy ...can fetch a better value.
