Absolutely ridiculous offer. The board should swiftly knock this on the head. The company is cleaning itself up and has good projects in the pipeline, and will benefit from infrastructure stimulus globally.
I would be voting no if put to shareholders. I want 3 times that and I bet that an independant valuation would support my claim, if not better it.
Vultures are swooping now given things are looking a little better economically and that funds are more available.
