I can't see it happening at $0.55. Not even a 50% increase in what its been trading at 40c. Not sure what AMEC are planning to do but I can't see any acceptance. Even the ann. to me from GRD seems to dismiss it. As stated above previous statements from GRD, large holdings from various players including Ch7 who if I recall were buying previously over $2, Morningstar fairvalue is $1.20, I don't recall a ann of subst holding by AMEC either. I'm waiting for a no to the offer from GRD. See what happens then.
