    I don't think Dingyi will now make a bid.

    They would have gotten more control moving before the options expired. There was a substantial amount of option holders that would have gladly taken 30c.

    The upside to this is that dingyi are now less likely to suppress the share price if they are not going for the takeover.

    Just my thoughts.
