Felt compelled to put sums up differently as I just did the ratio initially and that works fine with how my brain thinks.
3.26 billion shares MTH will be exchanged as 1000 shares for every 18.
3.26 billion / 1000 = 3.26 million, x18 = roughly 58.5 million shares. This is the rough total of planned shares from MTH converting into Pinnacle Silver and Gold with a stated price of 18c a share Canadian.
58.5 million x 0.18 = roughly 10.5 million Canadian
For anyone concerned that New Range Gold is getting an amazing deal, they have roughly 17 million shares after their consolidation. 17 x 0.18 will equate to 3.06 million Canadian contribution to the market cap of the planned new venture Pinnacle Silver and Gold.
These figures are consistent with the asx announcement figures.
