They have two EL's in Ontario, which is not really a mining friendly state.

So they are worth? Nothing if their state prohibits or delays mining.

Next, US and Canadian can access Mithrill and their Mexican assets via Interactive Broker accounts etc., from the US and buy on the ASX as well.

The TSEV is a speculative OTC style exchange, not as rigorous as the ASX in their auditing nor regulations.
