I've seen prints from a Concept Laser US$400,000 small format printer and in my opinion there was hardly any difference in print quality to A3D's US$40,000 Titanium Pro. Concept Laser had top notch quality prints on display at the Sydney Expo in April 2016 but bear in mind those parts had post print polishing done to them. The picture you have shown of an A3D print is straight off the printer without any additional post machining/polishing work.
A3D's Titanium Pro is world class in my opinion and it's the cheapest on the market at this stage.
