hmmmm. US10m for 51% of Clark
Given this is the Chairman, who will be doing the due diligence on the value of the asset?
I guess the USD$3m over the next 6 mths will help from a cashflow perspective, but if Clark is only valued at ~USD20m, is there any upside in SIT beyond paying down debts?
