IN MY OPINION
This Non Binding Termsheet would have been negotiated by Asimwe, Trevor and co and not complied in recent days.
The Mob would have known about it before voting Asimwe out. Therefore I suspect that it will not go ahead. I still believe that a foreign entity will enter the Register, inject funds and will either purchase the K project or takeover the company.
I have no facts ... just an opinion. Cannot see a mad rush by Institutions and Fund Managers to jump in because the Chairman has departed. Shareprice still being controlled.
