I think the grade may have played a part in the costs
There have been a lot more people leaving A/W survey/ geo/ and the alternate mine manager The contractors have sent 2 jumbos and a bogger off site and about 4 people per crew .
Talking to the guys at the airport it is a very unhappy place to work at the moment .
After working 12 hours and the travel it works out to be a 14 hour day for the workers who are not aloud to have seconds at the mess so if you are very hungry bad luck .Just another cost cutting measure I guess .
The workers tell me they are only pushing a couple of ore drives and stoping what they can .
How long that will last is anyones guess .
As others have said you might as well write A/W off as far as contribution to the bottom line goes.
