Thanks for that Affiliated..even in low skilled jobs where employees get around $30/hr, charge out rates are more than double at 70-80/hr. I'm not an accountant, but perhaps in writing off goodwill we initially take a hit..our assets are now about the same as market cap..but then can someone inform on the benefits. Capraise, you have written some of the effects on profit..do you know any others...like if it is written off are there tax implications for such a move...obviously the implication of the announcement is a much reduced gross margin on the surveying side of things, so EBITDA will be down..but maybe the overall effect on net profitability, accepting a lower EBITDA of maybe $2 mil...will not hit the bottom line so hard. Any thoughts...still a damn cheap company and I agree with Capraise's assessment of paying too much for acquisitions, and it's time now to focus on growing the business, given the acquisition and integration phases are complete. Thoughts?
