Totally agree. On they stumble with successive production misses, now this impairment charge over what is supposedly their finest asset.

The only thing I would add is that, while Vassie is gone and Jetson was appointed after the Atlantic acquisition, all the other directors who signed off on the Atlantic acquisition are, incredibly, still on the board. Non-Exec Chairman Netscher, in particular, needs to fall on his sword.
