You understand that it this does not have any effect on cash flow right? It's an accounting measure that is largely due to the decline in SP. It does not mean GXYs cash balance changes. GXY has no debt so there's no impact on covenants relating to debt/equity ratios.
To be really clear - GXY doesn't have to pay this amount of money to anyone, it is a change in goodwill value on the balance sheet.
