The auditors reclassified the debt from non-current to current due to the covenants but the breaches were waived by PFG. The maturity date remains May 2024, as stated in the Appendix 4C filed the other day.

Easy to verify. Half yearly is as of Dec 31. Both Dec 31 and Jan 31 4C had facility maturity dates of May 2024.

This really goes to show the extent that Kmtw will go to scare monger....simply lie and make insinuations that are simple not the case. Sad sad person.
