It's a cop-out for the CEO of a listed company to say he does not focus on the share price. It's just a standard line used all the time by CEO's. "I should be focusing on the business, not the share price"
That holds true for larger market cap companies when the share price is at a sustainable level and you have investor relations staff to do that job, meet with analysts, speak to investors etc.
But, when your share price falls to the level BUD is at, this should be front and centre. BUD is in danger of being delisted.
DM needs to understand that the market has spoken regarding his business plan and clearly does not believe in it. DM and the board need to bring in external advisors ASAP. BUD's market cap is now even too small for the microcap fund managers to be interested.
