A $417m w/o on JO hambro alone?what was its standalone carrying value? BTIM paid $314m for it back in 2011.....what could be left of the carrying value??
new CEO would obviously want to take the bath now, reset the baseline, blame the former gardener (of course), then easily meet all his rem hurdles by beating the lower thresholds that he just reset - how great is corp robbery at the expense of shareholders!
