yes it's part of Pendal - but there's still a specific ~250m Pendal goodwill line item (from memory) which they didn't say anything about. probably because writing down a large component of "Pendal" goodwill would make the departing CEO appear more of a clown than he has been.
I can't believe that he got 106% of target denim in 2021 and 2022 (or was it 2022/23) when TRS was negative in almost every period (except for 1 year). the board really needs to take a long hard look at themselves for "governing" execution of a terrible value destroying strategy.
That said the SP in imho is well below fair value and there a good couple of puffs in this cigarette butt yet.
