If there is one sad factor in here, it is that the agreement with Z giving them 80% on the completion of a BFS doesn't have a time frame; or doesn't seem to have one. No one has mentioned it, if there was. What lawyer in her right mind... Ah dear, back to apg time. And there is another question; was the sale of shares dependent on the sale of the lease; or did the chinese screw up as well. In other words, are the chinese still going to hand over 33 mill shares worth of dosh. There's probably more to this than meets the eye. Too early to be pointing fingers. jwt
