I did hit my head when SBVB rang me to tell me.

My questioning of APG yesterday re AZC conscent gave me the opinion that given the close relationship between AZC and the Chinese, that the Chinese were of the view it wouldnt be an issue.

It obviously was and is.

two days ago no announcement.

today post announcement another $2.0m in the bank after a chinese company that is interested in the technology paid 6.0c for the stock.

We still own the technology and wim 150 and according to APG Kronos are still very keen to get the technology.



i would say, we are in a better position than we were on Tuesday!
