    A return of capital would be nice.

    Say $10M for shareholders.

    Leaving $10M to be sprayed against the wall by management.

    The alternative is management spray the full $20M against the wall.

    Of course that is not going to happen. We'll be sold a story of a grand treasure hunt, and all the money will be sprayed by management as they milk this thing into the ground.
