LW Resources is not listed on the ASX.
There is a 75 day due diligence period.
After that assuming they want to go ahead, part consideration is to issue $100,000 in shares in a company that is listed on the ASX.
So it appears they are either looking to list on the ASX in that period or they already own shares in an ASX company that they can transfer to RDN.
Every little bit of cash helps and I am happy to see they are following through with their stated objectives of selling off non core assets so they can concentrate fully on Mt Sholl.
Now only 1 week to go until the long drawn out CR expires.
