im in business for over 20 years and I can tell you that the job market is back to precovid level… when inflation was close to zero…
the type of job market we had immediately past Covid is non existent now and I can see unemployment going up soon…
to be fair, rent is still going up for residential housing since demand is there and lack of supply but with unemployment going up… that will slow down
rate cut I don’t know but I really can’t see another rate rise
