Another divestment at book value to reduce debt, further reduces the likelihood of a capital raising.
I still think there will be a low single digit devaluation in the FY accounts & a similar low digit reduction in distributions next year & then that will be it.
Flat to increases in asset values & distributions from then onwards.
This is when you buy IMO, at the bottom, not when asset values are rising consistently.
