I think that's exactly what they're doing all while managing distributions to unit holders.
I asked the company whether they were actively looking to divestment properties & they said no. However if opportunities presented themselves that were in the best interests of unit holders they would take them.
I don't know whether COFs outlook has changed since re interest rates have changed since then however.
