They still need to get moving with something though because the shorters are able to move this around to easily - SXY looks to have curbed the rot by doing something - you know what would get the market interested is if BPT let it be known they were in talks with DLS and or SXY - send a signal to the market that something is happening to create value because we need the volume to return and to get the short bets to second guess.
If it was me running BPT I would be talking to Stokes and using him to create the bridge for talks - even if its only talks - its the perception of movement that will help break this pattern.
