Obviously there's a sharp pencil at work here. So the Board appointments being several years old now, are all completely new and different. The only difference was the retirement of one 'AG' but that didn't stop the smoke and mirrors oh no, that skill was passed on. So, let me have your take on the Board structure. Thick and Young (and Bauk for that matter) are all Non-Executive i.e. not engaged in the day to day operations and without management responsibilities. The CEO runs the ship along with a loyal First Mate in CFO role. That's it. I for one would be looking for a broader skill set related to the industry and bolstering numbers. This Board simply fills the minimum requirement under Australian Law. So there's all my continued "lies". Oh, speaking of lies, don't forget the black mass visit report we're all waiting for.
