Check last paragraph, she had been in charge of risk, since 2016. They have been writing down their poor risk management for the last 6 years, perhaps due diligence was not done correctly and risk was not manageable for the Teva deal. Perhaps this has been all her fault. SR will push it onto others, let’s hope Frank sees thru his facade, he would have signed off on the advice of his fellow directors. Still if your head is not right (SR), the body does function correctly( the company). Let’s hope this turns around.
