I share your concerns Retired. I definitely do not support the shorter's but they are not stupid!
I do not anticipate it will be all up from here for CVN but will be more like a roller coaster. I just am disappointed they did not use Buffalo as the vehicle to fund Dorado. Maybe the new Director can persuade the CVN Management Team!
I certainly do not want my holding weakened by any future CR.
