Well Andy is holding around 15-18-22% of the company depending on options and how much it went down to with the last dilution and most insiders are holding 1-3 mil shares at an average of around 8 cents or higher so I doubt they would sell for anything less than IPO price or more like 20-30 cents a share.
My hope is they are looking for a strategic investor and a solid raise off good earnings and Navy news to then dual list or move to the US market through a special acquisition. I’m fine with a sale or merger as long as we are getting at least 20-30 cents a share post a re-rate or just negotiated at fair value.
