Just warning other people. You think it is acceptable to pay yourself a $100k bonus for 90% detoriation in SP? $175k + over 2% of the COmpany in perfomance rights for a non-executive chairman of a sub $5M company?
Understand completely the markets been tough but these characters need to be put on notice. Nothing personal against you looks like your willing to take it personal to me looking at my other positions.
