Yeah I agree boysy . I wouldnt be too quick to judge DJ, theyve already made it clear on operational outgoings they expect in last announcement (which is much lower than last year, so my guess is a adjustment to salaries is a given).
Adjustment to "Risk" team cant be a bad thing , the current risk manager has taken a fair few shots and missed .... not saying the blame lies with the current risk manager , theres always an element of risk and probability that comes into play.... but a fresh set of eyes wont hurt.
