This announcement does not concern me at all. I note it is not price sensitive and that's probably not too far off the mark.

If Emily wanted to leave then that's fine by me. We need NEDs with drive and focus - if that is not her in relation to Heramed then all the best.

If Emily was pushed then that's also fine by me. We seem to have had a lack of strategy at the board level for some time. While I cannot peer into who brings what to the table at the Board level, it presents an opportunity for change.

My gut feeling is that Ron is carrying the show. Maybe others see things differently. The recent change to the CE role is an inflection point for the company and I think we are now heading in another direction.

I remain optimistic that this new direction is the right one, but the hard work is yet to come. Execution.
