what percentage is the $4m deposits? 30%?
so if they paid a deposit to a factory for $11m of goods isn't that a legally binding contract?
like I mean if I put a deposit down on a house and don't want the house can I back out and get my money back? or is the vendor within their rights to ask for the remaining 70%?
the way I read it is the $4m is gone and if BirdDog lose they will owe another $11m USD.
