Always 3 sides to a story as they say...but all I care about is who will win. I still can't fathom why hasn't BDT disclosed the amount they are exposed for???
Maybe they forgot they are a public company????
Also why would the only lawyer on the board leave while the cases are live? Maybe doesn't want their name attached to all this which is not a good look for the strength of the case. At least that's how I'm reading the tea leaves.
The last response in the Australian case the judge ordered BDT to pay Bolin's costs and ordered them to actually file a defence within 28 days. Not a great start.
