I guess they saw the votes and all fell on their swords.
Not sure how they can bring in new directors post meeting…… but expect a swifty to be pulled & it wouldn’t surprise to somehow see several if not all directors reinstated (dodging the vote).
I am disappointed there is no digital/ online access to meeting after putting on a song a dance for 2 years to allow it.
I would have bought a few shares just so i could watch them in action!
Is anyone in the west and attending AGM?
