Why can't they get new independent directors, work on corporate...

Why can't they get new independent directors, work on corporate governance, & remuneration structures before they give BL/PC 10 million shares? They are saying 'just give us these shares now & we will do it correctly NEXT time". Again, I am willing to concede the giveaways if they can show us why they earned it. Like a massive OTA or something else that is substantial like possibly growing our SP. Again, I will predict no such info until after they receive their shares. Just my opinion. I would love to be wrong. I can't stand being so negative lately, but, that .18c capital raise just rubbed me the wrong way. Cheers.
